VZLU will join the IAF

On Monday, October 14, 2024, the Czech Aerospace Research Centre will officially join the International Astronautical Federation (IAF).

“VZLU‘s membership in the IAF will enable further cooperation with leading institutions and companies in the area of ​​space. The acceptance of VZLU into the IAF is further evidence that our company has a lot to offer in this area,” says the Chairman of the Board and CEO of VZLU Josef Kašpar.

Founded in 1951, the International Astronautical Federation is the world’s leading space advocacy body with 513 Members from 77 countries. There are currently four of them from the Czech Republic.
