Project Title: Development of new technology for mass coating using electrophoretic systems
Project Description:
The main goal of the project is R&D and verification of a completely new, progressive technology for barrel coating of small parts by electrophoretic deposition. Supposed results are both new technology secondly completely new type of equipment for barrel coating by electrophoretic coating systems in a form of a demonstrator (prototype). Technology of coating, as well as final prototype equipment, will be tested regarding their applicability and functionality and further also regarding their effect on selected quality indicators of resulting coatings. The entire intention of the project assumes such results (equipment), which enable their immediate application into an industrial practice. Such solution has high potential of utilization as a replacement of hanging way technology.
