VZLU is the research, development and testing centre located in Prague - Letnany. An integral part of VZLU is the dateched workplaces of high-speed wind tunnels in Prague's Palmovka district.

The history of VZLU (Czech Aerospace Research Centre) dates back to 1922, a year when the Institute for Air Navigation Studies under the auspices of Ministry of Defence was founded.
