About this role:
- Lead spacecraft systems engineering activities, including management of system requirements, verification techniques, and their flow-down to subsystem teams.
- Control and define interface specifications and contribute to the overall satellite architecture and design.
- Collaborate with subsystem engineers to evaluate and maintain technical budgets and spacecraft performance.
- Support flight operations preparation by developing mission CONOPS and assisting in the development of the Mission Operations System (MOS) in coordination with the customer.
- Work closely with program management and product assurance, including direct interfacing with customers on programmatic and schedule matters.
- Contribute to the preparation of key development documents, such as the System Development Plan, Verification Plan, and other technical plans.
Must Haves:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a spacecraft systems engineer or equivalent experience in at least two subsystems (e.g., structures, ADCS, electronics, software, operations, avionics, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ECSS standards.
- Experience with the full satellite lifecycle (Phases A, B, C, D, E).
- Willingness to travel within Europe and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
