As a Senior AOCS Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of Attitude and Orbit Control Systems (AOCS) development, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our next-generation satellites.

Key Responsibilities
- Define high-level AOCS architecture and optimize design solutions.
- Develop and maintain AOCS system and software requirements.
- Design and implement Fault Detection, Isolation, and Recovery (FDIR) strategies.
- Establish verification and validation strategies for AOCS requirements.
- Support for the entire AOCS lifecycle including commissioning and in-orbit fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and hardware teams for seamless integration.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Support mission leadership and communicate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AOCS development and systems engineering.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft dynamics, control systems, and AOCS principles.
- Hands-on experience with AOCS system development.
- Proficiency in requirements management, traceability tools, and validation processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with space industry standards (ECSS).
- Experience working on ESA projects.
- Understanding of various satellite platforms, from CubeSats to larger spacecraft.
- Experience with configuration management processes.
