Of COMPOSITE materials
It is necessary to establish key material parameters to ensure the correct function and required resistance of composite materials in aircraft structure. Our laboratories have a wide range of equipment. In the thermal temperature analysis laboratory, we determine the permissible operating temperatures based on the measured transition temperatures of polymers. Furthermore, we will propose a suitable curing cycle of composite materials to achieve the necessary temperature resistance according to the customer’s requirements.

- Determination of volume and mass fractions of composite constituents including void content
- Assessment of degree of curing, determination of gel time, volatile content
- Determination of transition temperatures of polymers (Thermal Analysis Laboratory – DMA, DSC, SDT)
- Assessment of the chemical resistance of the composite material
