composite production
Composite production provides complex services, mainly focusing on the manufacturing of demonstrators, prototypes, verification series and structural units for test purposes. We work with a wide range of technologies from classic wet layup to curing prepregs in autoclave. The production process is continuously monitored by experienced manufacturing engineers, thus ensuring high quality and repeatability. We have long-term experience and many successful projects in the field of production of UAVs.
We offer
- Production of test specimens, demonstrators and prototypes using various technologies (RTM, VIP, RFI, wet layup, autoclave curing)
- Production of aircraft assemblies including design of tools, jigs and molds for final bonding and assembly including dimensional inspection.
- Finishing works on composite parts – machining, assembly, and functional modifications.

Final surface treatment of composite parts including painting according to customer requirements
- Design and implementation of models, fixtures and molds with regard to series size and technology used
- Optimization of production processes
