DEVELOPMENT OF COMPOSITE STRUCTURES
We provide comprehensive development of primary composite structures according to the customer’s requirements. VZLU covers the entire area of composite structures from the determination of material properties, through design, structural analysis, and manufacturing process optimization to the production of prototypes and demonstrators. When choosing the material and manufacturing process, we consider the expected production rate of the composite structure.

- Development of primary and secondary monolithic and sandwich structures made of composite materials, design and structural analyses, processing of manufacturing documentation
- Structural analyses and optimization
- Development of manufacturing process of composite structures, incl. moulds, jigs and fixtures, optimization of the manufacturing process
- Prototype workshop background – production of test specimens, demonstrators and prototypes by autoclave and out-of-autoclave processes (RTM, VARTM, RFI, wet lay-up), final surface treatments
